Frank R. Zokaites has been involved in the building industry for more than thirty five years. Carola Lueder entered the Real Estate business in 1990 as a Commercial Investment Broker specializing in hospitality and multi-residential properties. Her passion for the hotel business led her to Palm Springs, CA, concentrating on mixed use hotel/resort development, land sales and site acquisitions. Now in South Florida, developing boutique condo hotels, Carola provides development consulting services, sales staff training & marketing for hospitality owners and developers within the USA and Internationally.
